Data Deletion Request - NumberMerge

Important: This page explains how you can request the deletion of your personal data from NumberMerge. We respect your privacy and will process your deletion request promptly.
What Data Can Be Deleted?
You can request deletion of the following types of data:
- Leaderboard Data: Your username, scores, best tiles achieved, and number of games played stored on our cloud database (Supabase)
- Local Game Data: Game progress, settings, and saved games stored on your device
How to Request Data Deletion
Option 1: Delete Local Data Directly (No Request Needed)
You can delete your local game data at any time without contacting us:
- In-App: Go to Settings > Data > Reset All Data
- Android: Go to Settings > Apps > NumberMerge > Storage > Clear Data
- iOS: Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage > NumberMerge > Delete App
Option 2: Request Leaderboard Data Deletion (Email Required)
To delete your cloud-stored leaderboard data, please follow these steps:
Step 2:
Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request - NumberMerge"
Step 3:
Include the following information in your email:
- Your username registered in the app (if applicable)
- The specific data you want deleted (leaderboard data, or all data)
- Confirmation that you are the owner of the account
Step 4:
We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation email
What Happens After Deletion?
- Leaderboard Data: Your username, scores, and statistics will be permanently removed from our cloud database
- Local Data: Your game progress and settings will be cleared from your device
- Re-registration: You can register a new username after deletion if you wish to use the leaderboard again
Response Time
We will process your data deletion request within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
Data Retention Policy
- Local data is retained until you delete the app or clear app data
- Leaderboard data is retained indefinitely until you request deletion
- Once deleted, data cannot be recovered
